This role is pivotal in driving the company’s online casino operations and ensuring a best-in-class experience for players. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, a deep understanding of the industry, and a passion for delivering a premium product offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Direction: Shape and implement the strategic vision for the casino product, aligning it with broader business goals to drive growth and market share.
  • Product Management: Lead the end-to-end management of the casino portfolio, including slots, table games, and live casino products. Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to deliver a smooth and engaging player experience.
  • Supplier Partnerships: Manage and develop relationships with key game providers and third-party suppliers, ensuring access to a diverse range of high-quality games and securing exclusive content deals.
  • Player Engagement: Work closely with marketing teams to design effective player acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns. Focus on enhancing player loyalty, personalising promotions, and managing VIP players.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to monitor product performance, player behaviour, and key metrics such as lifetime value, ARPU, and retention rates. Continuously optimise the product offering based on insights.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the casino operations comply with regulations across all jurisdictions. Work with the compliance team to meet licensing requirements and maintain a high standard of player protection.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence within the casino division.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor analysis, and new technologies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the product offering.
  • Financial Management: Manage the casino product budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years in a senior role within the online casino or iGaming space, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Industry Insight: Deep understanding of the iGaming industry, including player psychology, emerging trends, and market dynamics.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams, with a focus on driving a high-performance culture.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Commercial Focus: Demonstrated success in growing revenues and optimising product performance.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong grasp of licensing requirements and regulatory frameworks in key iGaming markets.
  • Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, though relevant experience will also be considered.
