They’ve seen rapid growth in recent months, with tens of thousands of verified users onboarded across Asia and strong backing from top-tier global investors in the fintech and Web3 space.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join their remote team and lead the charge on performance and growth marketing efforts across multiple channels and regions. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the SEO strategy, including technical optimization, content planning, and local SEO to drive organic growth.
- Plan, launch, and scale multi-channel paid media campaigns (Google Ads, display, retargeting, social media, and Web3-native platforms such as dashboards, newsletters, and influencer channels).
- Run A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve conversion rates, retention, and user acquisition.
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and community teams to design engaging growth loops that integrate incentives and gamified features.
- Implement retention strategies via email, push notifications, on-chain messaging, and community engagement to drive customer lifetime value.
- Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Dune Analytics, and other marketing dashboards, turning data into actionable insights.
- Partner with content creators and AI tools to produce high-performing, SEO-friendly content for both Web3-native and mainstream audiences.
- Continuously monitor and improve CAC, ROI, and performance across the entire acquisition funnel.
- Stay ahead of emerging growth tactics, channels, and influencer strategies within the evolving Web3 and fintech space.
Who You Are:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance/growth marketing or paid media, ideally within fintech, crypto, or Web3 environments.
- Proven expertise in SEM, paid acquisition, funnel optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
- Deep understanding of customer journeys in a digital-first landscape, including acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Comfortable analyzing on-chain data and familiar with crypto-native concepts like tokens, DEXs, and wallets (experience in Web3 marketing is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines with precision.
- Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify and scale unconventional growth channels in competitive spaces.
Preferred Experience:
- Background working with fintech, crypto, or emerging financial technology platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, SEMrush, Search Console, Tag Manager, Meta Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, LinkedIn Ads; experience with crypto advertising platforms is a bonus.
- Knowledge of DeFi, tokenomics, and blockchain-based financial infrastructure is highly valued.
