As a Growth Campaign Manager for Sports and Prediction Markets, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Crypto.com’s active user base by creating engaging, high-impact sports and predictions–themed campaigns. These campaigns will connect with fans across different sports and global markets.
This role blends strategic thinking, creative execution, and analytical rigour. You’ll design and launch campaigns that inspire sports fans to explore crypto, turning moments of engagement into measurable growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every campaign delivers a seamless user experience and aligns with broader business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end inbound marketing campaigns that leverage sports communities to drive trading volume and product adoption
- Shape campaign materials with compelling copy and engaging visuals in collaboration with internal graphic designers
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns for new and existing users, primarily via inbound channels, to maximise ROI through effective incentives
- Analyse campaign performance and extract actionable insights to improve long-term effectiveness
- Collaborate with CRM, Data Analytics, Product, and Brand teams to ensure consistency across all user touchpoints
- Conduct market and audience research to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities within the sports ecosystem
- Manage operational processes including legal review, creative delivery, reward fulfilment, and performance tracking
- Develop scalable frameworks for sports-driven growth and user engagement
- Continuously optimise campaign experiences through experimentation and user feedback
- Manage internal stakeholder communication to ensure campaigns are timely, compliant, and aligned with objectives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in inbound campaign management and/or sports marketing
- Strong understanding of growth marketing metrics and analytics, with hands-on experience using tools such as Tableau, Segment, and Databricks
- Proven ability to translate data insights into creative strategies that resonate with target audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple campaigns concurrently
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
