Ecosystem Manager (Social & Community)

A leading DeFi protocol is building stablecoin and savings products focused on transparency, resilience, and long-term value creation. The team is expanding its communications function and seeking an Ecosystem Manager who can shape how users, partners, and the broader market understand the protocol. This role covers social media, community engagement, market communication, and ecosystem alignment. You will translate complex financial concepts into clear, accurate messaging while guiding the narrative as the protocol scales.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Market Communication

• Operate two X accounts:
  • Main account for formal, protocol-level communication
  • Secondary account for lighter commentary, real-time engagement, and market awareness
• Produce high-quality posts, threads, governance updates, and educational content for financially literate audiences
• Maintain a consistent, professional tone suitable for a financial protocol
• Map market narratives, monitor sentiment, and engage strategically where relevant

Community & Discord Operations

• Manage the structure, clarity, and daily flow of the protocol’s Discord
• Host AMAs, community calls, governance briefings, and product updates
• Coordinate moderators and ensure all shared information is accurate and timely
• Gather community feedback and synthesize insights for product, design, and leadership teams

Ecosystem Storytelling & Alignment

• Convert product launches, integrations, proposals, and economic updates into clear narratives
• Work closely with product, design, engineering, and leadership to ensure consistent messaging
• Prepare FAQs, summaries, visuals, and communication assets for announcements and governance decisions

Analytics & Iteration

• Track KPIs across X accounts, Discord, and other channels
• Identify what resonates with different user groups and refine messaging continuously
• Maintain and evolve communication guidelines as the protocol grows

Requirements

• Strong understanding of DeFi, stablecoins, yield mechanics, and financial risk frameworks
• Proven experience managing social or community communication in Web3 or finance
• Exceptional writing ability, with the skill to communicate complex economic concepts clearly
• High responsiveness and awareness of Web3 narratives and market cycles
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, high-context environment
