Developer Relations Advocate

We are working with an innovative Layer-2 blockchain organisation that’s on a mission to transform the future of finance by bridging traditional markets with decentralised infrastructure. Specialising in real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation, their platform offers compliance-ready tools and settlement infrastructure designed for enterprise use.

Built with EVM compatibility and deep interoperability at its core, their technology enables assets like real estate, commodities, bonds, and collectibles to be tokenised, fractionalised, traded, and even spent with ease.

With backing from major blockchain players and an ambitious roadmap ahead, the team is rapidly expanding and focused on driving large-scale institutional adoption of decentralised technology.

The Role:

We’re looking for a passionate Developer Relations Advocate to act as the key technical voice for the platform within the global developer ecosystem. This is a pivotal position that connects the internal engineering and product teams with external developers, helping drive the adoption of RWA tokenisation and cross-chain infrastructure.

You’ll be creating content, building technical resources, and representing the company at key industry events — all while helping developers understand and utilise the platform’s advanced features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the go-to technical advocate for developers building on the platform.
• Engage with Web2 and Web3 developers, partners, and contributors to build an active, thriving ecosystem.
• Develop high-quality technical resources including blog posts, tutorials, whitepapers, example code, and developer guides.
• Represent the company at conferences, community events, webinars, and hackathons.
• Work closely with internal teams to feed developer insights back into product and engineering roadmaps.
• Stay up to date with blockchain standards and emerging tech to ensure the platform remains cutting-edge.
• Track developer feedback and platform adoption metrics to refine community and technical strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Deep interest in blockchain, tokenisation, and decentralised finance, particularly in bridging traditional finance with Web3.
• Previous experience in a developer relations, advocacy, or technical evangelism role — ideally within blockchain, fintech, or related sectors.
• Hands-on experience with EVM-compatible smart contracts, SDKs, APIs, and common Web3 developer tools.
• Familiarity with major blockchain ecosystems (bonus if you’ve worked with Layer 1 or Layer 2 chains).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Proven track record of creating engaging technical content (written or video).
• Strong relationship-building skills and experience engaging with open-source or developer communities.
• Self-starter mindset and adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
