We are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Growth Manager to lead marketing campaigns across Sports and Prediction markets within a fast-growing, regulated consumer platform.

This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimising demand generation campaigns across programmatic media and streaming channels, driving both brand awareness and customer acquisition in a highly competitive environment.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience within the sports business, a creative and experimental mindset, and the initiative to drive growth across multiple products. A strong commercial instinct and curiosity for emerging technologies, audiences, and user trends are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Optimisation

  • Develop, launch, and optimise campaigns across Search, Social, Display, and Video
  • Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to maximise ROI and user acquisition
  • Tailor creatives and messaging to align with regional regulations, sports calendars, and user intent
  • Segment audiences by behaviour, geography, interest, and device to improve conversion performance
  • Integrate internal and third-party data sources to refine targeting and campaign effectiveness

Measurement & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics and attribution tools
  • Produce detailed reports covering KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and LTV
  • Share actionable insights with creative, product, data, and compliance teams

Compliance & Market Sensitivity

  • Ensure all campaigns comply with state-level regulations and partner requirements
  • Stay up to date on legal developments, industry trends, and competitor activity within Sports and Predictions

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in media buying across programmatic media and DOOH, with direct vendor relationships
  • Strong commercial understanding with the ability to craft compelling acquisition messaging across web and app channels
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative working style
  • Proven experience managing seven-figure acquisition budgets across multiple regions
  • Solid understanding of attribution modelling, A/B testing, and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset
  • Experience working closely with creative, compliance, and data teams
  • Strong account management and negotiation skills
  • Passion for sports and Web3 technologies
  • Personal interest in trading and investing across traditional and decentralised finance
