DAO Partnerships Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to act as the primary connection point between our client's partnership team and a leading DAO community. This role is integral to fostering collaboration, coordinating business initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of projects that utilize cutting-edge blockchain technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as a Key Liaison:

• Serve as the primary contact for DAO members and delegates regarding grant funding and related initiatives.
• Ensure open communication and goal alignment between all stakeholders.

2. Drive Business Initiatives:

• Collaborate with the DAO to plan, develop, and implement projects that contribute to ecosystem growth.
• Align DAO-led initiatives with overarching strategic objectives.

3. Foster Ecosystem Growth:

• Provide guidance and support to the DAO on growth best practices, optimizing processes, and decision-making frameworks.

4. Leverage DAO Support:

• Advocate for DAO involvement in strategic initiatives and identify opportunities where their input adds maximum value.

5. Facilitate Conflict Resolution:

• Address and mediate disputes between the organization and the DAO, ensuring resolutions are reached amicably.

6. Reporting and Insights:

• Create regular progress reports, highlight achievements, and pinpoint areas for improvement in collaborations between the organization and the DAO.
• Present data and insights to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Knowledge of DAOs:

• A deep understanding of decentralized autonomous organizations, including their governance structures and tools.

Ecosystem Growth Expertise:

• Experience working within blockchain ecosystems, particularly those focused on onboarding developers in the crypto space.

Grant Management Experience:

• Knowledge of best practices in grant funding processes and experience developing effective grant procedures.

Strong Communication Skills:

• Ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.

Strategic and Analytical Skills:

• Proven track record of coordinating large-scale initiatives and uniting diverse interests toward common goals.
• Aptitude for analyzing governance-related data and providing actionable insights.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience working with DAOs or in a similar liaison role is highly desirable.
