We are seeking a passionate and strategic Head of Community Management to lead efforts in building a thriving ecosystem for innovative blockchain products, including scaling solutions and developer-focused platforms. In this role, you’ll champion community engagement by creating an inclusive and dynamic space where developers, users, and enthusiasts can collaborate and shape the future of decentralized technology.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive community management strategy across multiple platforms (e.g., Twitter, Discord).
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive online environment for a global community.
  • Drive meaningful discussions, address user inquiries, and provide top-notch community support.
  • Plan and execute engaging events (AMAs, hackathons, meetups) to grow and energize the community.
  • Identify, mentor, and empower community leaders and influencers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing and Product to align messaging and community goals.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and community sentiment to refine strategies and improve impact.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in community management and online engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in community management, with at least 3 years focused on Web3.
  • Proven track record of leading and growing online communities.
  • Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, including the developer and user landscape.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across audiences.
  • Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems such as Ethereum or related communities.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate positive, engaging, and productive online spaces.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using community management tools (e.g., Discord, social media platforms, analytics tools).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and interpreting community engagement metrics.
