Chief Product Manager

We’re hiring an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of payment and digital asset infrastructure products for a fast-growing client in the fintech and blockchain space. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of both traditional payment systems and emerging crypto technologies, who can bridge commercial needs with technical execution.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, business development, and compliance to shape and deliver innovative solutions in crypto payments, cross-border transactions, and digital asset custody.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Roadmap leadership: Translate stakeholder input and client pain points into actionable product roadmaps and feature prioritisation
• Requirements scoping: Define user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria for features across payments, crypto on/off ramps, and infrastructure
• Industry insight: Track regulatory developments, competitive trends, and emerging technologies in crypto payments and cross-border financial infrastructure

Client & Technical Collaboration

• Stakeholder engagement: Liaise directly with enterprise clients, banking partners, and technical teams to capture business and integration requirements
• Developer partnership: Work closely with engineering to ensure alignment between technical feasibility and product goals
• API & interface design: Define client-facing APIs and integration pathways across use cases such as crypto-to-fiat conversion, OTC trading, and multi-region payments

Product Lifecycle Management

• End-to-end delivery: Manage products from ideation through launch and ongoing iteration
• Data-driven iteration: Monitor KPIs and product usage data to guide improvements and enhancements
• Commercial support: Work with go-to-market and operations teams to support product launches, client onboarding, and ongoing success

What We’re Looking For

Domain Expertise

• Strong grasp of payment infrastructure, settlement systems, FX and liquidity flows
• Practical understanding of blockchain networks, wallets, on/off ramping, liquidity provisioning, and digital asset storage
• Solid experience working with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and technical integration processes

Product Experience

• 4+ years in product management roles, ideally in fintech, payments, or blockchain/crypto sectors
• Proven track record of translating business problems into successful product outcomes
• Comfortable operating within Agile/Scrum teams and familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma

Compliance Awareness

• Understanding of regulatory considerations in financial services, particularly around KYC/AML and transaction monitoring
• Bonus: Familiarity with crypto regulation and licensing regimes in emerging markets
