CEO – Digital Asset Lending & Treasury Platform

We are hiring on behalf of a high-growth, crypto-native venture that is building a next-generation institutional platform for digital asset borrowing, lending, and treasury solutions. The business is backed by leading players in the digital finance space and is launching on a purpose-built infrastructure designed for compliance, security, and innovation at scale.This is an outstanding opportunity for a product-focused leader who can translate vision into execution and scale. You’ll lead from the front, blending deep product intuition with commercial acumen to take a platform from inception to market leadership.


‍Key Responsibilities

• Set Vision & Strategy: Define and lead the company’s strategic direction and mission. Align innovation with long-term business models and growth targets.
• Drive Product Execution: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—discovery, design, and delivery—with a relentless focus on institutional adoption and regulatory alignment.
• Build and Lead the Team: Establish a high-performing, cross-functional team, blending startup agility with enterprise discipline.
• Scale the Business: Develop partnerships and go-to-market strategies. Identify new opportunities in adjacent financial ecosystems and digital asset verticals.
• Lead External Engagement: Act as the key representative for the company, engaging investors, partners, regulators, and the broader digital finance community.
• Foster a Product-First Culture: Champion experimentation, data-led decision-making, and customer value throughout the organisation.
• Ensure Operational Maturity: Oversee governance, compliance, and financial sustainability as the organisation moves from startup mode to growth phase.

‍Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership experience in fintech, blockchain, institutional finance, or a high-growth tech environment.
• Strong hands-on product management background is essential.
• Proven track record of taking products from zero to one and then to scale—strategically and commercially.
• Deep domain expertise in capital markets, liquidity mechanisms, and digital asset infrastructure.
• Skilled at communicating across both technical and non-technical audiences—internally and externally.
• Experienced in building, mentoring, and leading high-calibre teams.
• Exposure to investor relations, capital raising, and commercial partnerships is highly desirable.
• Strong conviction in the institutional evolution of blockchain and DeFi technology.
