CEO

We are hiring on behalf of a well-capitalised, crypto-native venture team building a next-generation perpetuals DEX on Solana. Backed by one of the largest trading and infrastructure players in the ecosystem, this is a unique opportunity to lead a flagship DeFi product from inception to scale.

We’re looking for a visionary and execution-focused CEO to drive the overall business strategy, build and lead a high-performing team, and bring institutional-grade product execution to decentralised markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the product and company roadmap, working closely with internal venture and trading teams.
• Institutional Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including liquidity providers, investors, and ecosystem partners.
• Go-to-Market Ownership: Drive the full customer development lifecycle, from early user traction to achieving product-market fit and scaling operations.
• Team Formation & Management: Recruit and manage top talent across product, engineering, operations, and BD.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee the financial, legal, compliance, and operational infrastructure of the organisation.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience as CEO, Founder, GM, or Partner within crypto, fintech, or trading-focused businesses.
• Strong grasp of DeFi and crypto market structure, particularly in derivatives and decentralised exchange infrastructure.
• Established network within the DeFi space.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute in high-velocity, ambiguous environments.
• Operates with high integrity, high ownership, and a relentless focus on product excellence.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience launching a financial product from zero to one.
• Familiarity with the Solana ecosystem and its technical nuances.
• Comfort navigating both crypto-native and regulatory-driven environments.
