The institutional sales team provides an opportunity for you to take ownership and build your institutional and high-net-worth clientele. You will be part of an exciting journey—from onboarding clients to their first crypto instrument, to customizing innovative crypto products tailored to their needs. Within our operations team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders such as sales traders, account managers, and sales managers, contributing to the scaling of our expanding infrastructure.

About the role:

We are seeking a Partnerships Business Development Manager to drive growth by building and nurturing relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This role will be instrumental in expanding our presence within these high-impact segments, ensuring long-term success through strategic partnerships and tailored solutions for high-value customers.

You’ll take the lead in building strategic relationships with top Affiliates and Brokers, identifying high-potential VIP clients, and customizing solutions that cater to their unique needs. From launching innovative affiliate campaigns to designing tailor-made programs for brokers, every deal you close will play a vital role in strengthening the company’s presence in the market.

Your creativity will be at the heart of this role—whether it's crafting new incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to develop never-before-seen products for your partners. With the support of a world-class team, you'll have the opportunity to take risks, test new approaches, and leave your mark in shaping the future of crypto partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new partnerships with media and Affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers, and local crypto leaders) to attract new users and trades.
  • Build and grow relationships with Brokers, enhancing the broker program and maintaining current partnerships.
  • Identify and reach out to VIP clients.
  • Maintain and improve existing KOL relationships and performance.
  • Provide timely, reliable, and solution-oriented service to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, collaborating with internal teams and recommending improvements to management.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media and blockchain influencer trends (YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Attend conferences and industry events to engage with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, raising awareness of the company’s products and services.
  • Conduct community outreach and attend crypto gatherings to expand institutional presence.
  • Research market and competitor trends in the crypto space.
  • Draft and close client or partnership agreements.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, track feedback, and recommend product improvements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the crypto or blockchain industry, with strong connections to influential figures in the local ecosystem.
  • Network or client base within Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/Web3/blockchain.
  • 2+ years of experience selling financial products.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales position.
  • Proven track record in managing and monetizing client or partner relationships, drafting documentation, and driving business results.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; writing or presentation samples are welcome.
