About the Role

We’re seeking a Partnerships Business Development Manager to drive growth by building and nurturing relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This role is crucial to expanding our presence across these high-impact segments, ensuring long-term success through strategic partnerships and tailored solutions for high-value customers.

You’ll play a leading role in establishing and strengthening relationships with top Affiliates and Brokers, identifying high-potential VIP clients, and developing custom initiatives that fit their unique needs. From launching innovative affiliate campaigns to creating specialized broker programs, every partnership you build will contribute to the company’s continued market growth.

Creativity is key in this role — whether you’re designing new incentives for VIP clients or collaborating internally to develop groundbreaking partnership products. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new partnerships with media, Affiliates, and influencers (e.g., KOLs, creators, and industry leaders) to drive new user acquisition and trading activity.
  • Establish and grow relationships with Brokers, while maintaining and enhancing the company’s broker program.
  • Identify and engage potential VIP clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships and performance with key Affiliates and partners.
  • Provide timely, proactive, and reliable support to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs while coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with emerging social media and blockchain community trends.
  • Represent the company at conferences and events, engaging with industry participants to raise awareness of products and services.
  • Conduct outreach and attend local community gatherings to strengthen institutional presence.
  • Research market and competitor trends within the crypto and blockchain ecosystem.
  • Draft and negotiate client or partnership agreements.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with partners, collecting feedback and recommending improvements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 sector with a strong understanding of local market dynamics.
  • Existing network of Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, or Web3.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial product sales.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales position.
  • Demonstrable success in managing and monetizing client or partner relationships (e.g., driving business outcomes, drafting agreements).
  • Excellent written and spoken English; strong presentation and communication skills are highly valued.
