We are partnering with a pioneering fintech venture at the forefront of bridging traditional finance and decentralised technology. Our client is developing a next-generation infrastructure platform that enables institutions to tokenise, fractionalise, and settle real-world assets (RWAs) using blockchain-based systems.

With backing from major players in the digital finance ecosystem and a growing integration with key blockchain networks, their mission is to accelerate institutional adoption of asset tokenisation—spanning sectors like real estate, commodities, bonds, and corporate finance.

They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to lead engagement with enterprise clients, financial institutions, and strategic partners across the traditional finance space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, initiate, and manage strategic partnerships with banks, fintech providers, corporates, and other institutional stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to promote blockchain-based RWA tokenisation solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle—from pipeline generation to deal negotiation and closure.
  • Engage with C-level executives and senior decision-makers to position the platform as a trusted infrastructure solution.
  • Work cross-functionally with product and strategy teams to align client needs with platform capabilities and compliance frameworks.
  • Represent the business at high-level industry events, conferences, and networking forums to boost institutional visibility.
  • Provide ongoing client feedback and market intelligence to guide product development and strategic planning.
  • Serve as an advisor and advocate for blockchain adoption within enterprise finance.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable success in institutional business development, strategic sales, or partnerships—ideally within financial services, fintech, or enterprise tech.
  • A well-established network among banks, asset managers, corporates, or institutional investors.
  • Skilled at navigating long and complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of traditional financial markets and the emerging opportunities in asset tokenisation.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the gravitas to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a deep appreciation for regulatory and compliance considerations.
  • Self-starter attitude with the agility to thrive in a high-growth, evolving tech environment.
