Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate/Manager (Mandarin-speaking) to grow our user base by onboarding KOLs, trading communities, and professional traders. You will play a key role in expanding our network, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving adoption of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard trader KOLs, communities, and professional traders.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with traders, signal groups, and crypto communities.
- Conduct cold outreach and manage negotiations with potential collaborators.
- Support referral, rebate, and promotional programs to attract and retain users.
- Stay up to date on crypto trends, competitor exchanges, and emerging KOLs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Support teams for smooth onboarding.
- Track and report partnership performance and user acquisition metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–5+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships (crypto, fintech, or influencer marketing preferred).
- Strong understanding of crypto trading, exchanges, and KOL dynamics.
- Familiarity with Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mindset, comfortable with cold outreach and closing deals.

- Existing network with KOLs, professional traders, or crypto community leaders.
