We’re hiring an Affiliate Operations Manager on behalf of a fast-growing company operating in the DeFi and broader Web3 ecosystem. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end affiliate operations process—from partner onboarding to payouts and performance tracking—helping align affiliate performance with company growth goals.

You’ll play a central role in the affiliate operations engine, collaborating across teams and driving process efficiency, campaign success, and data accuracy.
This position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Asia. An optional office is available in Singapore for those who prefer a hybrid setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of affiliate operations, including onboarding, contract facilitation, performance tracking, and payouts.
- Validate affiliate data, oversee commission accuracy, and coordinate timely payments with Finance.
- Deliver regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders; recommend improvements to optimize affiliate program operations.
- Be the go-to liaison for affiliate business development managers, supporting them with data, compliance, and cross-functional alignment (Legal, Product, Finance, Marketing).
- Handle affiliate queries, disputes, and compliance checks with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain and update affiliate materials (banners, creatives, landing pages, etc.).
- Plan and execute affiliate campaigns across communication channels such as Telegram, email, and newsletters.
- Track affiliate BD tasks and incentive schemes, run performance reviews, and assist with onboarding and training.
- Gather feedback from affiliates and internal teams to help refine operations and improve overall affiliate experience.
- Monitor for potential fraud or abuse and proactively suggest adjustments to commission models or promotional terms.
- Conduct market benchmarking to keep the affiliate program competitive and relevant.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital operations, ideally within fintech, crypto, or a related startup environment.
- Deep understanding of affiliate program structures (e.g., CPA models, tiered commissions, referral incentives).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a strong bonus.
- Detail-oriented and process-focused, with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and professional fluency in English.
- Bonus: Fluency in one or more APAC languages.
