Affiliate Manager (DeFi)

Spectrum Search is partnering with a global DeFi education platform to find an experienced and motivated Affiliate Manager to build and lead their new affiliate marketing program from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape a key growth channel, leveraging your expertise in affiliate marketing, particularly within the DeFi or blockchain industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Program Development: Lead the creation and execution of a new affiliate program, driving growth across multiple channels (email, ads, influencers).
• Affiliate Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, and build long-term relationships with affiliates, ensuring their success and program performance.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and optimization of campaigns, including product launches and promotions.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, analyzing data to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align affiliate strategies with broader company goals.
• Compliance: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

• Proven experience in building affiliate marketing programs from scratch.
• Strong background in affiliate marketing within the Financial, DeFi, or blockchain industries.
