We are currently hiring an Affiliate Growth Manager on behalf of a high-growth company in the crypto and fintech space. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about building strategic affiliate relationships that drive real business impact.

The Role

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of expanding and managing the affiliate ecosystem. You'll work closely with influencers, KOLs, and community partners across the fintech and Web3 landscape to drive user acquisition and engagement. This is a high-impact position within a globally distributed team operating at the intersection of decentralised finance, tech, and marketing.

Remote work is fully supported, with team members spread across multiple continents. For those based in or near Singapore, access to a local office is available but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and recruit affiliates, including creators, influencers, communities, education platforms, and niche networks.
  • Manage end-to-end affiliate onboarding: outreach, negotiations, contracting, onboarding, and activation.
  • Act as the key relationship manager for affiliate partners—ensuring they are supported, incentivised, and aligned with growth targets.
  • Create and launch strategic campaign initiatives—e.g. performance-based reward programs, tiered CPA structures, or market-specific initiatives.
  • Work with affiliates to produce and distribute engaging product content across their digital channels.
  • Gather feedback from partners to help inform marketing, product, and partnership strategies.
  • Monitor campaign results and partner performance to optimise ROI and refine engagement strategies.
  • Plan and execute online and offline events to build community and drive affiliate engagement.
  • Use analytics tools to track KPIs, evaluate trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal) to ensure alignment across initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management within crypto, fintech, or financial services.
  • A proven ability to scale and manage successful affiliate programs and networks.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, stakeholder management, and contract execution.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and platforms like Telegram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a self-driven approach.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with evolving priorities.
  • Proficiency in Asian languages (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc.) is highly desirable but not required.
