Situation

What created the seat.

REAP, a fintech providing stablecoin-powered infrastructure for card issuing, cross-border payments and global treasury operations, had publicly announced a US$40 million Series A and needed to scale internationally at pace. The mandate spanned Senior Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Regional Expansion Heads and Legal & Compliance roles across multiple geographies.
