Lightnet is a global fintech building payment infrastructure for cross-border transfers, on- and off-ramp services, FX, treasury and digital asset settlement, operating across 150+ countries with banks, fintechs and Web3 businesses through regulated payment rails. Spectrum was engaged to hire a Network Management Lead to develop strategic and commercial partnerships across payments, FX and on-/off-ramp infrastructure, helping Lightnet expand its ecosystem across priority markets. The role was remote, but candidates needed to be based in Singapore or Thailand.

Spectrum started with its existing network, then ran a targeted search across Asia focused on the most relevant company categories: cross-border payment and remittance infrastructure providers, stablecoin rails and regulated on-/off-ramp businesses, and digital asset infrastructure companies adjacent to liquidity and connectivity. This allowed the team to build a precise view of the ideal candidate profile and focus on the most relevant talent pools.
