We are partnering with a fast-growing, regulated fintech and digital assets business operating across payments, cross-border settlement, and institutional liquidity solutions. The company has established licensing coverage in key markets and serves a broad network of financial institutions, payment partners, and merchants internationally.
As they continue expanding their institutional offering, they are looking for an experienced OTC sales leader to help scale the business across Asia and selected global corridors.
The Role
We are seeking a commercially driven OTC Sales Director / Senior Manager to lead growth across the institutional OTC function. This individual will be responsible for developing new client relationships, expanding trading and liquidity volumes, and supporting the adoption of digital asset and treasury-related solutions among institutional customers.
This is a senior revenue-generating role with strong visibility across leadership and is well suited to someone comfortable operating in a high-growth, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire and grow institutional OTC clients across Asia and other relevant international markets
- Manage the full sales cycle, including origination, pitching, commercial structuring, onboarding coordination, and long-term relationship management
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across OTC trading, settlement solutions, treasury services, and related liquidity products
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across product, operations, compliance, and trading/liquidity teams to deliver tailored client solutions
- Drive revenue growth by increasing wallet share, transaction volume, and strategic client partnerships
- Ensure all business activity aligns with internal compliance standards and applicable regulatory requirements
- Stay close to market developments in digital assets, cross-border payments, and institutional liquidity trends to identify commercial opportunities
Candidate Profile
- Approximately 6–12 years of relevant commercial experience, with a strong portion gained in institutional sales within crypto OTC, digital assets, FX, payments, or treasury solutions
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a target-driven environment
- Existing relationships with institutional clients such as financial institutions, payment providers, fintechs, corporates, or high-value customers across Asia
- Strong understanding of OTC execution, digital asset markets, stablecoin use cases, fiat on/off-ramp solutions, and treasury-related products
- Experience working within regulated financial services or digital asset environments is highly desirable
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation ability, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling business with evolving market dynamics
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Fluent English required; additional Asian language capabilities would be an advantage
