We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing financial technology business operating across digital payments, settlement infrastructure, and institutional asset movement.
The Junior Account Manager will support the growth and day-to-day management of institutional client relationships across Asia. This is a client-facing role suited to someone early in their commercial career who wants to build experience in fintech, payments, digital assets, and cross-border settlement.The role will involve supporting onboarding, monitoring account activity, coordinating with internal teams, and helping identify opportunities to grow client usage across products and markets.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Support the management of institutional clients, including payment companies, financial platforms, trading firms, liquidity providers, and digital asset businesses.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, resolve queries, and support ongoing engagement.
- Track client activity, usage trends, and transaction performance across relevant products and corridors.
- Help identify opportunities to increase client adoption, transaction volume, and product usage.
Client Onboarding & Support
- Coordinate with internal teams across compliance, operations, finance, and product to support smooth client onboarding.
- Assist with collecting required documentation, tracking onboarding progress, and ensuring clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support issue resolution by escalating client queries to the appropriate teams and following up to completion.
- Maintain accurate client records, activity updates, and pipeline notes in internal systems.
Commercial & Market Support
- Assist senior commercial team members with account planning, reporting, and client reviews.
- Prepare meeting notes, client updates, and basic performance summaries.
- Monitor market developments across payments, fintech, digital assets, and cross-border settlement.
- Share client feedback internally to help improve service delivery and product development.
Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, client success, sales support, business development, fintech, payments, FX, digital assets, or financial services.
- Strong interest in fintech, institutional payments, digital assets, and cross-border financial infrastructure.
- Comfortable working with institutional or B2B clients in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail and follow-through.
- Confident communicator with the ability to coordinate across clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track client activity, prepare summaries, and identify basic trends.
- Fluent English required; additional Asian languages would be advantageous.
