Head of Product

A DeFi trading and venture studio, backed by a leading global trading firm, is building a short-duration binary options platform for crypto assets on Solana. Traders take positions on whether an asset’s price will be above or below a strike price at expiry.

We’re hiring a Head of Product to own the product end-to-end: vision, roadmap, execution, growth, and team. This is the most senior hire on the project, reporting directly to leadership and operating with a high degree of autonomy.

The role is designed as a path to leading the venture as an independent DeFi company. The right person will grow into that position as the product scales.

We’re open on background. You could come from a DeFi protocol, crypto trading desk, TradFi derivatives firm, or a high-growth startup in a product or growth role.

What matters:

• Deep understanding of binary options, prediction markets, or short-duration derivatives
• Strong grasp of market microstructure (order books, spreads, volatility, Greeks, pricing)
• Ability to operate across product, growth, and business — effectively a GM role with a product title
• Experience with Solana or EVM-based DeFi protocols
