We are partnering with a fast-growing financial technology business that is expanding its digital assets and blockchain-enabled payments offering across Asia. The company provides regulated payment and settlement infrastructure for institutional clients, supporting faster and more transparent movement of value across international markets.This is a senior commercial role focused on driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and increasing adoption of digital asset payment solutions among enterprise and institutional customers.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will lead business development and sales activity for digital asset and blockchain-based payment products, targeting financial institutions, fintechs, payment providers, and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales and business development strategy for digital asset and payment-related products
- Identify, engage, and onboard institutional and enterprise clients, including fintechs, exchanges, remittance providers, payment companies, and corporates
- Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Educate clients on digital asset-enabled payments, liquidity, settlement, and cross-border transaction benefits
- Work closely with product, compliance, and operations teams to shape tailored solutions for client requirements
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to strengthen market visibility
- Monitor performance against revenue, pipeline, and growth targets
- Maintain strong awareness of market developments across digital assets, payments, and institutional finance
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within fintech, digital assets, payments, crypto, or financial services
- Strong network across institutional finance, digital assets, payments, remittance, or related sectors
- Demonstrable track record of closing high-value B2B or institutional deals
- Good understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, digital asset infrastructure, and payment use cases
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, regulated, and innovation-led environment
