The Company is an applied lab of builders and technologists operating at the intersection of quantum computing and cryptography. The team develops solutions designed to strengthen the long-term security of the digital asset ecosystem.

Their core focus is post-quantum migration, helping upgrade wallets, identity systems, and settlement rails to quantum-safe infrastructure without disrupting usability, composability, or developer workflows. They partner with leading ecosystems to deliver production-ready tooling, audits, testnets, and applied research to ensure digital assets remain secure and self-sovereign.

The Role

The Head of Business Development will lead and scale the Company’s commercial growth strategy. This role owns strategic partnerships and revenue generation across protocols, financial institutions, and digital asset infrastructure providers.

You will work closely with product and engineering teams to translate advanced cryptographic technology into real-world deployments and long-term commercial relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full business development lifecycle, from pipeline creation through deal close
  • Build and manage senior relationships with L1/L2 protocols, stablecoin issuers, custodians, wallets, and infrastructure providers
  • Structure and negotiate complex enterprise and strategic partnership agreements
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to scope paid engagements and technical deliverables
  • Develop pricing, packaging, and repeatable go-to-market strategies
  • Maintain CRM discipline, forecasting, and pipeline reporting
  • Represent the Company in senior stakeholder and board-level conversations

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales
  • Strong background in crypto, blockchain infrastructure, or developer platforms
  • Proven track record of closing complex, technical deals
  • Comfortable selling innovative or category-defining technology
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating in early-stage environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling security, cryptography, or infrastructure tooling
  • Existing network across L1s, stablecoin issuers, custodians, or crypto infrastructure providers
  • Familiarity with post-quantum cryptography or long-term cryptographic risk
