We are partnering with a high-growth financial technology business that helps companies simplify international payments and collections across multiple markets. Their platform supports local payment methods, virtual account infrastructure, and card-based payment capabilities, enabling merchants to expand internationally without needing to build out local legal or operational structures in every market.

The business operates in a regulated environment and has strong backing to support continued international growth.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Growth Manager with a strong background in payments, fintech, or financial services, alongside a successful track record in strategic enterprise sales. This person will lead growth efforts across the U.S. market, focusing on winning new clients, building commercial partnerships, and driving revenue through consultative solution selling.

This is a key commercial role for someone who understands complex payment ecosystems, can engage senior stakeholders confidently, and is comfortable managing longer, high-value sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial growth plans to expand the client base and deliver revenue targets across the U.S. market.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with enterprise merchants, financial institutions, fintech partners, platforms, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Use market knowledge and industry connections to identify new opportunities and accelerate go-to-market activity.
  • Understand client needs in depth and position international payments and related financial solutions in a consultative, value-led way.
  • Deliver tailored proposals, commercial presentations, and solution discussions suited to senior decision-makers.
  • Lead negotiations on commercial terms and manage deals through to close with a focus on long-term value.
  • Partner with internal teams across product, operations, compliance, and customer-facing functions to support a smooth client onboarding and delivery process.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and provide regular feedback on market activity, competitor movements, and regulatory considerations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or growth roles within payments, fintech, banking, or adjacent financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of areas such as international payments, merchant acquiring, treasury-related solutions, embedded finance, or similar products.
  • Good understanding of the U.S. regulatory and compliance environment relevant to payments and financial services.
  • Established network across enterprise businesses, payment providers, banks, fintechs, digital platforms, or marketplace ecosystems in the U.S.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex B2B sales cycles and closing strategic commercial agreements.
  • Able to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English required; additional language skills would be advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred; advanced qualifications would be beneficial.
