The ladder is sized to live corridor volumes from day one, with settlement-break cover from week one. Two operating halves sit inside the role. One half is an FX ladder carried at a payments business. The other is on-chain settlement and stablecoin mechanics worked in production. The work calls for both halves to be carried in the same role, not split across an FX lead and a crypto-settlement lead.
