What this seat exists to do.

CTO, reporting to the CEO. The seat is the firm's first named technical leader — the CEO has held this remit personally since founding.

Direct line management of an existing engineering bench of around 14 across product engineering, applied research, and infrastructure. Hiring four further senior engineers in the first nine months.

Strategic moment: the firm is preparing for a Series B raise within the next twelve months. The CTO is the named technical owner for that raise and for the product roadmap that underwrites it.

London-based, office-first three days per week.
