Staff Frontend Engineer

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Staff Engineer (Frontend) to join an innovative and growing team focused on building data-driven B2B applications. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in high-impact, hands-on environments and is passionate about designing exceptional solutions in the SaaS space.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Development: Take ownership of delivering robust, scalable, and high-performance frontend solutions for complex, data-intensive applications.
• 0 to 1 Product Creation: Spearhead the design and implementation of new products or features, taking them from concept to production, with a focus on real-world usability.
• Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor a small but highly skilled team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and enabling exceptional results.
• Strategic Contribution: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align the frontend architecture with overall business goals and user needs.
• Innovation & Problem Solving: Bring a creative approach to solving challenges related to data-heavy applications and user experience.
• Hands-On Coding: While providing leadership, you’ll remain deeply involved in writing high-quality, maintainable code that sets the standard for the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Deep Frontend Expertise: Strong background in modern frontend technologies, with the flexibility to adapt across stacks and tools as needed.
• Proven Track Record: Experience building and shipping 0-1 products in live production environments, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges that come with scaling and iterating on new ideas.
• B2B & Data-Driven Experience: A solid understanding of B2B SaaS applications and building interfaces that handle complex data relationships.
• Leadership Skills: History of leading small, agile teams to deliver high-impact projects, while maintaining hands-on technical contributions.
• Start-Up or Scale-Up Background: We’re looking for candidates who have worked in environments where agility and autonomy are essential. Experience in large enterprise companies isn’t the right fit for this role.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization libraries or frameworks.
• Familiarity with building for accessibility and inclusive design.
• Contributions to open-source projects or participation in the tech community.
