What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and implement a next-generation real-time trading platform with a focus on performance and reliability across a variety of asset classes and trading venues.
• Lead the development and improvement of trading infrastructure, including order management systems, compliance tools, connectivity solutions, and market data processing for both DeFi and CeFi exchanges.
• Develop advanced tools for real-time market analysis, enabling actionable insights to capture trading opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with traders and quants to transform ideas into scalable solutions while refining existing strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Automate workflows through appropriate scripting and tools.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to analyze and resolve production issues swiftly.

What We’re Looking For

• Crypto enthusiast: A strong interest in blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and the broader cryptocurrency space.
• Proven expertise: Experience in building high-performance, distributed, and optimized systems with high throughput and/or low latency.
• Trading systems background: Familiarity with infrastructure components that support high-volume, low-latency trading, ideally within a prop trading or hedge fund environment.
• Technical skills: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Tech stack affinity: Experience with or willingness to work with tools like Typescript (NestJS), Python, Redis, Postgres, AWS, Kubernetes. Bonus points for experience in Go, Rust, Java, or C++.
• Soft skills: Excellent communication in English, a strong sense of responsibility, and an outcome-driven mindset. You value collaboration, problem-solving, and pushing projects to completion.
