Relationship Manager – USSpectrum Search are delighted to be recruiting for a Relationship Manager for an instantly recognizable Web3 project.As a Relationship Manager, you will:
Manage relationships with top trading firms and exchanges globally.
Collaborate with community managers to enhance engagement through events, social presence, and brand development.
Support the technical integration team in onboarding data providers and expanding supported asset classes.
Oversee governance protocols, communicate models, gather feedback, and develop monitoring and reward systems.
Monitor system performance.
Conduct due diligence and onboard new participants.
What we are looking for in you:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a business development role within financial technology startups.
Industry Knowledge: Experience with trading firms, trading desks, buy/sell-side trading, or investment banking.
Crypto Savvy: Familiarity with using wallets, sending/receiving tokens, checking transactions on a block explorer, and staking.
Remote Work Proficiency: Ability to work effectively in a remote setup by being a systems thinker and maintaining communication with the team.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial planning, accounting, and efficient company operations.
Learner’s Mindset: Eagerness to learn and the energy to seek new and relevant information.
