Product Marketing Manager (Crypto)

We are looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive growth, enhance customer experience and shape the marketing strategy for innovative trading solutions.

The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the companyโ€™s marketing initiatives and optimizing customer engagement. You will lead strategic marketing activities, oversee digital channels and work cross-functionally to ensure that marketing efforts align seamlessly with product goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Development

  • Collaborate with development and operational teams to refine product roadmaps.
  • Expand available trading instruments to align with market trends.
  • Manage integration with payment providers, including card payment and digital platforms, to ensure a seamless transactional experience.
  • Oversee website functionality, enhancing onboarding and trading processes.
  • Integrate tools to improve user experience, empowering clients with advanced trading capabilities.

Digital Marketing & Channel Activation

  • Design and implement effective digital marketing strategies to boost user acquisition and retention.
  • Establish and maintain the companyโ€™s social media presence, including launching key community channels.
  • Create and manage automated onboarding flows, ensuring a personalized and efficient user journey.
  • Coordinate marketing around new feature rollouts and partnership announcements.

Customer Monetization & Partnership Development

  • Develop strategies to increase client fund monetization through strategic partnerships and liquidity providers.
  • Collaborate with external partners to enhance customer offerings and create additional revenue channels.
  • Drive customer loyalty programs to ensure consistent engagement and retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, customer success, tech and compliance teams to align product features with client needs and regulatory standards.
  • Lead product launches, coordinating between internal and external teams and crafting compelling marketing assets.
  • Manage project tasks and maintain a centralized tracking system to monitor deliverables.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Utilize market insights, customer feedback and product usage data to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Develop reporting dashboards to track KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness.

Operational Efficiency

  • Maintain optimal website performance for both marketing and trading activities.
  • Streamline onboarding processes for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with external contractors, managing collaborations and preparing meeting materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in brokerage or fintech environments.
  • Proven success in expanding product offerings and integrating digital payment systems.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, CRM systems and marketing automation.
  • Familiarity with financial markets, trading platforms and fintech ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of fintech, crypto and blockchain technologies.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in finance.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
