Collaborate on UI/UX projects across multiple product lines, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to create user experiences that meet both business and user objectives.
Develop and maintain a scalable design system for product features.
Produce detailed user flows, wireframes, and other design documentation to effectively communicate UX strategies and decisions.
Create prototypes and conduct usability testing with end users to validate design ideas.
Iterate quickly on designs based on feedback from team members and users.
Review developed software for visual accuracy and work with engineering teams to refine the product until launch.
What You Bring:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, focusing on consumer-facing products.
A strong personal interest in emerging technologies like blockchain, crypto, and NFTs.
Demonstrated experience designing products in the crypto and/or NFT space.
Proven ability to work independently, show creativity, and deliver organized, detail-oriented results.
Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
Expertise in designing for web and mobile platforms, with a solid understanding of relevant standards and systems.
Strong communication and writing skills.
The ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
