We’re seeking an experienced Product Design Lead to helm the design division at a premier wallet provider. This pivotal role entails steering the design strategy in sync with the company’s vision, managing product design lifecycles, and nurturing a team of talented designers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a cohesive design strategy that complements the company’s objectives.
Direct and enhance the design process of our products, ensuring alignment with the company’s roadmap.
Lead and expand a team of designers by setting benchmarks, offering consistent feedback, and promoting a culture of innovation and teamwork.
Advocate for user-centric design principles across the organization, ensuring designs meet user needs effectively.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in web3, fintech, and design to keep our processes and outputs state-of-the-art.
Manage design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to budget.
Collaborate with various teams to merge design with product management, engineering, and marketing initiatives.
Leverage data to refine design outputs, aligning closely with user feedback and business objectives.
Represent the company’s design ethos in public forums, including conferences and workshops.
Qualifications
A strong commitment to user-focused design.
Over 5 years of experience in product design, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
At least 3 years designing consumer-focused experiences for web and mobile platforms.
A keen interest in and understanding of the web3 space.
Excellent collaboration skills and openness to feedback.
Proficiency in creating intuitive UI and UX.
Highly proactive and able to thrive in dynamic environments.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
A strong ethical framework, intellectual curiosity, and integrity.
