Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations including trade settlements, liquidity management, and operational risk assessments.
Perform comprehensive liquidity analyses and manage cash flows to optimize fund performance.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines through close coordination with the compliance team.
Oversee the enhancement of trading and operational platforms in collaboration with the technology team.
Maintain and nurture relationships with key external stakeholders such as custodians, brokers, and tech providers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in financial operations, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity, preferably within the digital assets or token operations sphere.
Proficient in trading and operations software, with a solid understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies.
Exceptional analytical abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively across various teams and with external partners.
In-depth knowledge of financial markets, trading operations, and digital asset regulations.
