Spectrum Search is excited to partner with a leading Web3 association in search of a diligent and skilled Legal Officer or Paralegal.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that all business practices align with regulatory standards and contribute to the development and execution of innovative legal solutions in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge on regulatory changes impacting the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors.
Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents and agreements to support strategic objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external legal advisors to streamline legal operations and ensure compliance across all company initiatives.
Develop and refine company policies to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and support organizational goals.
Offer robust legal advice to enhance internal understanding and compliance, fostering a proactive legal environment.Requirements:A Law degree from a recognized university.
For Legal Officers: 1-4 years of legal experience post-qualification, ideally in financial services, fintech, or technology sectors.
For Paralegals: Minimum of 4-7 years of experience, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with Swiss Law and the operations of Swiss associations.
Superior skills in legal research and the drafting of documents.
A demonstrated interest in or knowledge of blockchain technology.
Excellent analytical abilities and communication skills, fluency in English required.
