Investment Associate/Analyst

The company is looking to hire an Investment Associate/Analyst (title based on experience) who deeply understands the web3 landscape, has a native passion for the space, and gets the unique energy of NFT projects. Job Description

You’ll be the backbone of the investment pipeline, acting as the first point of contact for projects seeking funding. You’ll evaluate deals, interact with top-tier builders, and make recommendations on what deserves to move forward.

What you’ll be doing:

• Pipeline Ownership: You’ll manage the investment application pipeline and decide which projects are strong enough to take forward for deeper review.
• Due Diligence: This is where you get to dig in. You’ll analyse applications, decks, socials, and community presence to understand a project’s vision and potential. Then, you’ll form an opinion and share your recommendation.
• Connecting with Builders: You’ll meet founders, CEOs, and creators to understand their projects and ensure they align with the company’s ecosystem goals. You need to be able to engage naturally with these teams and ask the right questions.
• Pipeline Management: Keeping the investment tracker up-to-date is essential. It’s the single source of truth for reviewing opportunities and making funding decisions.
• Ad-Hoc Support: In this space, you’ll wear multiple hats. While your focus is investments, the team may ask you to jump in on other tasks to help push things forward.

What we’re looking for:

• Web3 & NFT Native: You’re genuinely passionate about blockchain, NFTs, and the culture of decentralisation. You know the space, follow the latest trends, and engage with the communities that make web3 what it is.
• Some VC Experience: Experience in venture capital—especially in crypto or web3—is a big plus. But if you’re new and have the hustle, enthusiasm, and drive to learn, you’ll be in good hands.
• Agility: You’ll juggle multiple projects, all at different stages, so you need to switch focus quickly and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Self-Starter Mentality: You’re independent and proactive. You can manage your workload, prioritise what matters, and deliver without constant oversight.
