From onboarding clients to their first crypto instruments to customizing innovative financial solutions, this role offers exciting opportunities to shape the future of institutional crypto adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to institutional client leads.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Represent the company at conferences and community events, engaging with institutional players and expanding the organization’s presence.
Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities within the institutional crypto space.
Draft and finalize client and partnership agreements.
Propose new institutional offerings in the crypto sector.
Maintain client relationships, gather feedback, and provide insights to improve products and services.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Number of new clients onboarded.
Volume of client transactions.
Revenue and profit generated.
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in institutional outbound sales.
1+ years of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, or Web3 within exchanges, custodians, or prime brokerage firms.
Established network or book of clients in the cryptocurrency space.
Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing client or partner relationships, including acquiring institutional clients and driving business results.
Strong proficiency in professional written and spoken English; writing and presentation samples are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with significant experience may be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales position.
