? Analyse and Optimise HR Processes: Support HR data collection, reporting, and project management to deliver impactful initiatives.
? Recruitment Support: Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
? Foster Development: Assist in organising employee development programmes and performance reviews to promote a thriving workplace culture.
? Payroll and Compliance: Aid in payroll processing, maintain employee records, and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
? Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field with 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficiency in HRIS and HR management tools.
? Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make decisions.
?? Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
? Bilingual in English and Mandarin (other languages are a bonus!).
