Working closely with department heads and reporting directly to the COO, the Head of Sales will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling the institutional sales and investment department. With the goal of onboarding one billion users into Web3, we are launching multiple products and brands and are seeking a highly organised, ambitious individual with a successful track record in raising capital from early, mid, and late-stage investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead pitches, close investments, and negotiate deals for all upcoming product and brand launches.
  • Expand and foster relationships with a premier network of investors within Web3.
  • Create strategic alignment with investors and craft innovative deals.
  • Travel globally to represent the company at key industry events and engagements.
  • Organise and manage all capital-raising activities with precision and efficiency.
  • Actively approach leading industry figures, building lasting partnerships.

In the First 6 Months, You Will:

  • Develop and run the Sales Department, with a strong focus on expanding networks and operational efficiency.
  • Build a deep understanding of investor needs while forming valuable connections with key market players.
  • Execute an end-to-end sales process, particularly focusing on institutional investors.
  • Establish relationships with both Web3-focused and traditional investors.
  • Drive investor relations to align with broader company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of the Web3 and cryptocurrency markets.
  • A well-established network of institutional investors ready to invest in Web3 opportunities.
  • Strong awareness of investor psychology and market dynamics.
  • The drive and ambition to build the largest capital network within the Web3 space.
  • Ability to distil complex information and communicate clearly with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
