Head of Payments

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive the development, execution, and expansion of a cutting-edge blockchain payment service. This role is perfect for someone passionate about shaping the future of payments in the Web3 ecosystem, working at the intersection of financial technology and decentralized applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the roadmap for the blockchain-based payment platform.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement secure, scalable, and user-friendly payment solutions.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships within the Web3 space, including service providers, developers, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Drive adoption through integrations with wallets, exchanges, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Ensure compliance with global financial regulations and implement fraud prevention mechanisms.
• Monitor and mitigate risks associated with digital asset transactions.
• Stay ahead of trends in blockchain payments, DeFi, and Layer 2 scaling solutions.
• Enhance user experience and expand the platform’s reach.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or blockchain, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling payment products, preferably within Web3.
• Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, wallets, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for decentralized technology and a vision for the future of payments.
• Ability to adapt to the rapidly evolving blockchain industry.
• Experience with Ethereum, Layer 2 solutions, or other blockchain ecosystems is a plus.
