We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Analyst to join our team and support our rapid expansion across multiple product lines. This role focuses on driving growth, improving marketing performance, and delivering data-driven strategies across SEO, paid marketing, and email campaigns.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the UTC-8 to UTC-3 time zones. You will report directly to the leadership team and play a pivotal role in scaling our marketing efforts.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in growth marketing with a focus on SEO, paid marketing, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and product analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Semrush.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing HubSpot for email marketing, including creating workflows, landing pages, forms, and pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising, including Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on remarketing campaigns.
  • Strong background in B2B marketing with a passion for emerging tech industries like cloud services and data solutions.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms, particularly Twitter, LinkedIn, and running B2B-focused YouTube channels.
  • Ability to analyze and integrate APIs and large data sets for actionable marketing insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across various platforms and product offerings.
  • Execute social media strategies in collaboration with design, product, and business teams to elevate brand presence.
  • Design and implement an affiliate and referral partner program, from concept to execution, to drive user acquisition.
  • Support the go-to-market strategy for new cloud services products, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize communication strategies, paid marketing campaigns, and product performance.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns using internal data to increase user engagement and retention.
