FinOps Director (Web3)

We are partnering a company at the forefront of blockchain innovation, developing a dynamic gaming ecosystem that combines game development with blockchain technologies. We are seeking an experienced and driven FinOps Director to lead our financial operations, spanning traditional finance, crypto-specific strategies, and tokenomics.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Create and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic financial recommendations.
• Deliver financial reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Token Emissions and Allocation Planning:

• Track and manage token emission schedules to align with key milestones.
• Monitor token allocations for compliance with investor, regulatory, and strategic goals.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize token economics and drive ecosystem growth.

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Manage payment processes and vendor relations.
• Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of funds.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Oversee invoicing, collections, and reconciliation efforts.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely payments.

Requirements:

• Proven professional finance experience, including AP, AR, and FP&A responsibilities.
• Minimum of 2 years in the crypto sector, with familiarity in tokenomics, blockchain ecosystems, or crypto financial operations.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of traditional finance and crypto-specific systems.
• Proficient in financial modeling, reporting tools, and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote, and collaborative environment.
