What Will You Be Doing?
As CFO, you will take charge of the financial strategy and operations of the company, ensuring its scalability and long-term sustainability. You will be a core member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO and driving the financial performance and strategy needed to achieve the company’s ambitious goals.
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the organization’s growth trajectory.
Forecast and evaluate economic trends and their impact on company performance.
Identify and assess opportunities to expand into new product areas and markets.
Lead and refine financial planning and budgeting processes to support scaling initiatives.
Financial Management and Compliance:
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, annual budgets, and shareholder reports.
Ensure compliance with corporate financial laws, taxation regulations, and risk management frameworks in key operating regions (e.g., the UAE and the US).
Supervise accurate and timely financial reporting.
Cash Flow and Treasury Oversight:
Manage cash flow and liquidity to sustain operations and growth objectives.
Oversee treasury functions and develop investment strategies.
Lead fundraising and capital-raising efforts, including engagement with investors and venture capital firms.
Team and Vendor Management:
Supervise and mentor finance team members, including accountants and other financial professionals.
Manage relationships with key vendors and negotiate contracts to optimize value.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide detailed financial forecasts and reports to the executive leadership team.
Analyze operational efficiencies and recommend cost-saving measures or process improvements.
What Will You Bring? Experience:
Proven experience in financial management roles, with prior startup experience highly desirable.
Proven success as a CFO or in a similar senior leadership position.
Experience with fundraising, investment banking, or venture capital.
Familiarity with corporate financial laws and tax frameworks across the MENA and US regions.
A strong network within private equity and venture capital sectors, particularly in the USA and MENA markets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA/Master’s degree preferred).
Expertise in treasury management, financial modeling, and forecasting.
Experience in the education or financial services sector is a plus.

Strong knowledge of corporate finance, risk management, and tax compliance.
