Business Development Manager (Crypto)

Spectrum Search is excited to partner with a leading global provider of liquidity and technology solutions for multi-asset, multi-market trading. Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team, focusing on driving growth in high-risk sectors by promoting innovative crypto payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies targeting high-risk sectors, including betting, gambling, and other industries with specialized requirements.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential high-risk clients, manage relationships with decision-makers, and serve as a trusted advisor on crypto payment solutions.
  • Networking & Brand Representation: Actively represent the company at industry events, conferences, and expos globally to build brand recognition and drive business growth.
  • Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales processโ€”from lead generation to deal closure and client onboarding.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and technical support, to ensure smooth service delivery for clients.
  • Market Insights: Provide valuable market feedback to inform product enhancements and meet the evolving needs of high-risk industries.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3+ years in sales or business development, particularly within high-risk industries (betting, gambling, gaming, or crypto sectors), with a strong track record of success.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of payment processing challenges in high-risk verticals; knowledge of crypto payment and blockchain technology is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present and sell complex solutions; highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to operate independently.
  • Global Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, conferences, and events worldwide.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with additional language skills a plus, especially those relevant to high-risk markets.
