Senior Product Manager – Custody

We are looking for Product Managers to lead the development of innovative financial solutions, from concept to execution. This role is a unique opportunity to shape a platform that is transforming the way digital assets and financial services are managed. You will play a key role in launching impactful products and features, collaborating with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Define and refine product features, write detailed specifications, facilitate user studies, gather and incorporate feedback, and manage product testing with QA teams.
• Engage with institutional clients to understand their needs and ensure that customer insights drive product decisions.
• Effectively prioritize projects and initiatives, balancing business impact and technical feasibility.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for innovation.
• Represent the product team in cross-functional discussions and strategy planning.
• Oversee and manage specific product features, ensuring they align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with settlement operations is a strong plus.
• Exposure to regulated financial products for institutional clients is beneficial.
• Domain expertise in digital assets, private key management, or blockchain technology is preferred.
• A data-driven mindset, using insights to inform and optimize product decisions.
• Passion for building delightful and user-centric financial products.
• Proven experience in shipping and iterating on software or financial products at scale.
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of taking initiative and delivering results.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and business teams.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• A solid understanding of technical concepts and their applications is preferred.
