Blockchain DevOps Engineer

About the Role

We are on the lookout for Blockchain DevOps Engineer to join our clients team and take ownership of maintaining and optimising blockchain infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone passionate about blockchain technology, infrastructure automation and secure system operations. You’ll be at the forefront of deploying, managing and improving their blockchain infrastructure across multiple networks, ensuring reliability, scalability and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain both internal and external documentation as needed.
• Design and implement scalable, secure blockchain infrastructure.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for blockchain applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative blockchain solutions.
• Monitor and maintain blockchain networks and nodes to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and oversee security measures to safeguard critical data.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and network issues as they arise.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and methodologies in the blockchain ecosystem.
• Contribute to system architecture and design discussions.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code (IaC) scripts for resource provisioning, configuration and change management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Holds a technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field).
• Familiarity with Linux is a plus.
• Strong interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
