About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building the next generation of AI-driven payment solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with deep expertise in payment systems, Web3 technologies, and cloud-native architectures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both traditional payments (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Stripe) and Web3 financial infrastructures (e.g., crypto wallets, stablecoins, blockchain integrations). You will be responsible for developing a secure, scalable payment system that enables seamless AI-driven transactions between Web2 businesses and Web3 ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a high-performance payment platform utilizing Web3 infrastructure.
• Build and maintain cloud-native, API-driven payment architectures.
• Implement and optimize secure crypto wallets and stablecoin transaction flows.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards across traditional and decentralised payment ecosystems.
• Collaborate with AI and blockchain engineers to integrate smart contract functionalities.
• Improve payment flows to enhance transaction speed, security, and scalability.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in software engineering, ideally within payments or fintech.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or Rust (GraphQL experience is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and DeFi solutions.
• Prior experience working on high-performance, API-driven systems.
• Knowledge of financial compliance and risk management in payment processing.
