Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth of a cutting-edge payment solution in the MENA region. This position focuses on promoting innovative financial services and facilitating partnerships with merchants, corporates, and enterprises to enable cryptocurrency payment adoption. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, payment service providers (PSPs), or OTC trading, with a bonus for experience in crypto payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify and secure partnerships with businesses in the MENA region to integrate crypto payment solutions.
• Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders in payments, fintech, and crypto sectors.
• Sales Strategy: Craft and implement robust sales strategies to drive adoption and growth.
• Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in payments and crypto trading.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to streamline client onboarding and ensure seamless product integration.
• Client Relationship Management: Support clients post-onboarding, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience: Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, preferably in PSPs or crypto payments. Familiarity with OTC trading and digital assets is highly valued.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills. Knowledge of the MENA regulatory environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency payment systems.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
