Develop and Execute Partnership Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of a strategic partnership roadmap to build relationships with key stakeholders, technology partners, and industry leaders across blockchain, crypto, gaming, and related industries.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align partnership opportunities with business goals and leverage partners for product co-development, marketing campaigns, and customer acquisition.
Identify New Opportunities: Proactively research and identify new partnership opportunities in blockchain, crypto, and adjacent markets, including potential collaborations with tech companies, influencers, and content creators.
Manage Partner Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual value through regular communication, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations and oversee the drafting and management of partnership agreements, ensuring favourable terms and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Analyse and Optimise Partnerships: Track the performance of partnerships and identify areas for optimisation, scaling successful initiatives, and addressing any challenges to ensure growth and impact.
Establish and launch key partnerships with industry-leading organisations in blockchain, crypto, or gaming.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnership initiatives into broader company strategies for marketing, customer acquisition, and product innovation.
Develop and implement a strategy to build relationships with new partners and deepen existing ones.
Drive the execution of joint campaigns or product development initiatives with select partners to grow our customer base and product reach.
Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in a senior partnerships, business development, or strategic alliance role, preferably within blockchain, crypto, gaming, or similar high-growth industries.
Partnership Expertise: Demonstrable success in developing and scaling partnerships, including negotiation, relationship building, and contract management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, ensuring that partnership strategies align with broader business objectives.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive, innovative approach to identifying and leveraging new opportunities, with a passion for working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
